At White Pillars Christmas House, we want every purchase to bring joy and become part of your holiday traditions. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

🧾 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the delicate nature of many of our items, we ask that all returns are packaged carefully to prevent damage in transit.

 

🎁 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Seasonal or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

 

💔 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

 

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to process depending on your bank.

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
